02 What counts as a dental emergency?

Severe toothache, swelling, bleeding that doesn't stop, trauma and broken teeth exposing the nerve would be classed as emergencies - but there may be other issues that require urgent care. If you’re unsure, call us - we’ll help you decide.

03 What happens during an emergency appointment?

Your dentist will assess the issue, take any necessary scans, relieve your pain and provide the treatment needed to stabilise the problem. If follow-up care is required - we’ll plan that with you, too.

04 Can I get an appointment on the same day?

Wherever possible, yes. We reserve space in our diary for genuine emergencies and aim to see you on the same day so you can get relief quickly. We can also discuss any potential costs before proceeding with treatment.

05 Do you treat children?

We welcome children and will always try to see them as soon as possible. Our calm, gentle approach helps little ones feel safe and supported during urgent visits - whatever they’re going through!
