01 How does the practice plan work?
You pay a simple monthly fee and in return, you get regular check-ups, hygiene visits and 10% off treatments throughout the year. It’s designed to make dental care more predictable, affordable and accessible – so you can stay on top of your oral health without worrying about the cost.
02 Which plan is right for me?
We’ll recommend the right plan based on your oral health and risk level. If you have good oral health with low risk of decay or gum disease, Core is perfect. If you need a bit more support, Enhanced gives you an extra hygiene visit. And if you’re at higher risk or need more frequent care, Total provides comprehensive coverage.
03 Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time with one month’s notice. We want this to work for you – so if your circumstances change or you no longer need the plan, just let us know.
04 What happens if I miss an appointment?
If you miss a scheduled appointment, we’ll do our best to reschedule it for you. However, your membership covers a set number of visits per year – so it’s important to attend your appointments to get the full value and keep your oral health on track.
